Payments for Teachers at Maximum. (a) There shall be no lump sum bonuses for the first two years of this Agreement (2011-2013). (b) For the 2013-2014 contract year, all teachers who are at maximum and therefore not eligible for an annual increment shall receive a lump sum bonus in the amount of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) payable the first pay period in January of 2014.
