Payments from the Gross Settlement Amount. The Administrator will make and deduct the following payments from the Gross Settlement Amount, in the amounts specified by the Court in the Final Approval: 3.2.1. To Plaintiff: Class Representative Service Payment to the Class Representative of not more than $5,000 (Five Thousand Dollars) (in addition to any Individual Class Payment she is entitled to receive as a Participating Class Member as well as any Individual PAGA Payment he is to receive). Defendant will not oppose Plaintiff’s request for a Class Representative Service Payment that does not exceed this amount.
