Payments for Basic Services 7.1.1 Payments for Basic Services shall be made monthly and shall be in proportion to services performed within each Phase of services, as demonstrated by work product, on the basis set forth in Article 6. The form of Statement for Architectural/Engineering Services to be utilized is included in e-Builder®. FEE FOR BASIC SERVICES Fee for the services set forth in this Assignment No. 9 shall not exceed the sum of $118,190.00. No more frequently than once per month, PSP shall submit a Pay Application to TFC for services performed and reasonable and necessary costs and expenses incurred through the last day of the previous month. Any reimbursable expenses, if allowed, shall be in accordance with Section 4.6 of the Agreement.
Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall make payment for Part I and Part II services monthly. The payments shall be in proportion to the progress of Architect's work. Final payment for each phase shall become due and payable upon completion and approval by Owner of that phase of Architect's work.
Basic Services Fee 6.1.1 For Basic Services, as described in Article 1, and including all disciplines identified in Paragraph 15.1 as part of Basic Services, Architect/Engineer’s fee shall be a negotiated Basic Services Fee to cover all costs and profit.

REGULAR SERVICES BY COUNTY 23 1. COUNTY, through its Sheriff-Coroner and deputies, officers and employees, 24 hereinafter referred to as “SHERIFF”, shall render to CITY law enforcement 25 services as hereinafter provided. Such services shall include the 26 enforcement of lawful State statutes and lawful municipal ordinances of 27 CITY other than licensing ordinances.
AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.
Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.
