FEE FOR BASIC SERVICES. Fee for the services set forth in this Assignment shall not exceed the sum of $90,400.00. FEE FOR BASIC SERVICES. For Basic Services as defined in Paragraph 1.2 above, the Contractor shall be paid as its sole compensation a total Basic Services Fee not to exceed $ for this project, this includes both design and construction as indicated in the Bid.
FEE FOR BASIC SERVICES. The County will pay the Engineer a fixed fee for providing all “Basic Services” authorized as per the table below. The fees for Basic Services will not exceed those identified and will be full and total compensation for all services outlined in above, and for all expenses incurred in performing these services. For services provided, Engineer will submit monthly statements for basic services rendered. The monthly statements will be based upon Engineer’s estimate (and County Concurrence) of the proportion of the total services actually completed at the time of billing. For Construction Phase services, the statement will be based upon the percent of completion of the construction contract. County will make prompt monthly payments in response to Engineer’s monthly statements.

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Consultant Agreement or in Assignment No. 4 to the contrary, neither TFC nor the State of Texas shall be obligated to pay Consultant any commission or out-of-pocket expenses under this Assignment No. 4.
