Basic Services Fee. 6.1.1 For Basic Services, as described in Article 1, and including all disciplines identified in Paragraph 15.1 as part of Basic Services, Architect/Engineer’s fee shall be a negotiated Basic Services Fee to cover all costs and profit.
6.1.2 The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services Fee will be based on the Amount Available for the Construction Contract identified in the Program of Requirements.
6.1.3 In multiple package projects, the Basic Services Fee for each package shall be determined in a manner agreed to by A/E and Owner. The Architect/Engineer’s total Basic Services Fee will be the sum of the basic services fees for all packages.
6.1.4 If the description of the Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services is changed materially, the applicable fee shall be adjusted equitably.
Basic Services Fee. The Project Consultant shall keep the Owner informed of any proposed changes in requirements or in construction materials, systems or equipment as the drawings and specifications are developed. Proposed changes must be reviewed by the Owner and approved in writing by Owner prior to incorporation into the design or construction documents.

Basic Services Fee. The agreed fee percentage for Basic Services cannot exceed the maximum fee allowed as interpolated from the appropriate Board of Regents table.
Basic Services Fee. As compensation for design, bidding, construction and close-out phase services under the agreement, the A/E shall receive the basic services fee as set forth in Appendix A.

However, in the event that the Basic Services Fee exceeds the maximum schedule for Construction Management Fees, the Basic Services Fee shall be reduced accordingly.

6.1.2 The agreed fee percentage for Basic Services cannot exceed the maximum fee allowed as interpolated from the appropriate Board of Regents table.
6.1.3 The Project Architect’s Basic Services Fee will be based on the Construction Cost Limitation regardless of whether the actual contract award for construction, less Owner’s Special Cash Allowance and Owner’s Construction Contingency, is more or less than the Construction Cost Limitation provided that the resulting fee, when expressed as percentage of the actual contract award cost, shall not exceed the maximum percentage fee established by the Board of Regents, or any other limitations imposed by law.
6.1.4 In multi-stage projects, the basic services fee for each Construction Contract Stage (CCS) shall be calculated multiplying the Sub-Construction Cost Limitation for the CCS times the agreed fee percentage for the Basic Services Fee established in paragraph 14.5. The Project Architect’s total Basic Services Fee will be the sum of the basic services fees for all CCSs. The total Basic Services Fee shall not exceed the maximum fee allowed as a percentage of the Construction Cost Limitation interpolated from the appropriate Board of Regents table.
6.1.5 If the description of the Project Architect’s Basic Services is changed materially, the applicable fee percentage shall be adjusted equitably, subject to the maximum fee limitations established by the Board of Regents.
Basic Services Fee. For Architect’s complete and proper performance of the Basic Services, Owner shall reimburse Architect for its Reimbursable Expenses and pay Architect the Basic Services Fee, which is a stipulated sum equal to (check one): ☐ <<DOLLAR AMOUNT IN WORDS>> Dollars ($<<###.##>>); or
