Payments to Other Creditors. If Administrative Agent becomes obligated to reimburse or pay to any creditor of Borrower any amount in order to (i) obtain a release of such creditor's Security Interest in any of the Collateral, other than Permitted Security Interests, or (ii) otherwise satisfy an Obligation of Borrower to such creditor to the extent not indefeasibly satisfied by the initial Advances, then Administrative Agent shall have the right (but shall have no obligation) to make Advances for that purpose. Administrative Agent may select the Advance Date for any such Advance, but such Advance Date may only be a Business Day. Administrative Agent will give notice to Borrower after any such Advance is made.
Payments to Other Creditors. Subject to Section 19.1, if Administrative Agents become obligated to reimburse or pay to any creditor of Reseller any amount to obtain a release of such creditor’s Security Interest in any of the Collateral, other than Permitted Security Interests, then Administrative Agents shall have the right (but shall have no obligation) to make Advances for that purpose. Administrative Agents may select the Advance Date for any such Advance, but such Advance Date may only be a Business Day.

Administrative Agent may select the Advance Date for any such Advance, but such Advance Date may only be a Business Day. Administrative Agent will give notice to Borrower after any such Revolving Loan Advance is made. Any such Revolving Loan Advance will be a Base Rate Advance.
Payments to Other Creditors. If Lender is obligated to reimburse or pay to any creditor of Borrower any amount in order to (i) obtain a release of such creditor's Security Interest in any of Collateral, or (ii) otherwise satisfy Borrower's obligations to such creditor to the extent not irrevocably satisfied by the initial Revolving Advance, then Lender may make Revolving Advances for that purpose and any such Revolving Advance shall immediately become a Revolving Loan subject to Alternate Base Rate Accrual.
Payments to Other Creditors. If Administrative Agent becomes obligated to reimburse or pay to any creditor of Borrower any amount in order to (i) obtain a release of such creditor's Security Interest in any of the Collateral, or (ii) otherwise satisfy an Obligation of Borrower to such creditor to the extent intended to be but not indefeasibly satisfied by the initial Advances, then Administrative Agent shall have the right to make Revolving Loan Advances for that purpose and, if there is no Existing Default, Administrative Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to provide prior notice to Borrower before making any such payment (but Administrative Agent shall have no liability to Borrower or any other Obligor for failure to give such notice to Borrower unless such failure was willful). Administrative Agent may select the Advance Date for any such Advance, but such Advance Date may only be a Business Day. Administrative Agent will give notice to Borrower after any such Revolving Loan Advance is made. Any such Revolving Loan Advance initially will be a Base Rate Advance.

Payments to Other Creditors. The Rab-al-Maal irrevocably undertakes and agrees that:
(i) the Mudareb shall be entitled (in its capacity as Mudareb or otherwise) to utilise the Mudaraba Assets (and the proceeds thereof) to make payments in respect of the claims of Senior Creditors or to cover losses of the Mudaraba and such entitlement shall apply at any time before an order has been made, or an effective resolution has been passed, for the winding-up, dissolution or liquidation (or other analogous event) of the Mudareb; and
(ii) payments of Rab-al-Maal Mudaraba Profit (if any) or Rab-al-Maal Final Mudaraba Profit are subject to Clause 5.5 (Non-Payment Event), (in the case of Rab-al-Maal Mudaraba Profit only) Clause 5.6 (Non-Payment Election) and Clause 5.7 (Effect of Non-Payment Event or Non-Payment Election).
