Payments to School Districts. As provided in the TIF Ordinance or as otherwise required by law, the School Districts shall receive from the Service Payments, and prior to the deposit of any of those Service Payments into the TIF Fund, an amount equal to the amount that the School Districts would otherwise have received as real property tax payments derived from the Improvements to the Parcels if the Improvements had not been exempt from taxation.

Payments to School Districts. The City and County will be making combined payments totaling $1,000,000 annually for school purposes, as discussed in Sections 2(A)(6), from support payments received from the Tribe. In addition, the Tribe will donate an additional $1,500,000 annually to the Kenosha School District under Section 2(B)(2).
Payments to School Districts. In any Calendar Year where payments received by the City under Section 2(A)(1) exceed two million ($2,000,000) dollars and within ninety (90) days after the close of such Calendar Year, the City shall provide five hundred thousand ($500,000) dollars to the Kenosha Unified School District and the County shall provide five hundred thousand ($500,000) dollars to be distributed to the high school districts located west of Interstate 94 in the county of Kenosha, as determined by the County.
