Payola. Employee warrants and represents that Employee will not accept or agree to pay any money, service or other valuable consideration, as defined in Section 507 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, for the broadcast of any matter over Company’s stations, without Company’s approval and full disclosure to the listening public at the time of broadcast.
