Payout Banks – 18 Months. When an employee has been absent from the workplace for eighteen (18) consecutive months from the first day of absence, all banks including vacation, lieu, personal holiday and overtime shall be paid out at the employee’s hourly rate of pay as of their last day work. Sick leave payout shall be in accordance with Article 27.09(d).
