We do not have any control over the products or services that are paid for with our Service. We cannot ensure that a buyer or a seller you are dealing with will actually complete the transaction. 2.3

We do not: Act as an escrow agent with respect to any funds kept in your account; Act as your agent or trustee; Enter into a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship with you; Guarantee the identity of any buyer or seller; Determine if you are liable for any taxes; or Unless otherwise expressly set out in this agreement, collect or pay any taxes that may arise from your use of our services.
