Common use of Payroll Records Clause in Contracts

Payroll Records. 1. Consultant and all subcontractors or subconsultants shall keep an accurate payroll record, showing the name, address, social security number, job classification, straight time and overtime hours worked each day and week, and the actual per diem wages paid to each journeyperson, apprentice, or other employee employed in connection with the Covered Services hereunder. All payroll records shall be certified as being true and correct by Consultant or subcontractors or subconsultants keeping such records; and the payroll records shall be available for inspection at all reasonable hours at the principal office of Consultant on the following basis:
