Common use of PDE Reporting Clause in Contracts

PDE Reporting. Each Party (through its local Affiliates where appropriate) shall provide the other Party and the relevant Joint Country Commercialization Committee with periodic reports of the number and position of Details actually performed by it for the Product in each Co-Commercialization Country. Such PDE reports shall be provided quarterly, within sixty (60) days after the close of the calendar quarter covered by the report; provided that more frequent reporting may be required as determined by the Joint Operations Committee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the first two (2) years immediately following the Launch Date of each Product in each Co-Commercialization Country, such PDE reports shall be provided by each Party on a monthly basis, within sixty (60) days after the end of each month, with respect to the relevant Co-Commercialization Country.
