Common use of Peace Corps Clause in Contracts

Peace Corps. A regular employee joining the Peace Corps shall be entitled to a leave of absence without pay for at least two (2) years. Such employee shall have the right to return to a position in the same class as his/her last held position and at the prevailing salary rate without loss of seniority or other employment rights. Failure of the employee to report within ninety (90) days after termination of his/her service shall be cause for termination.

Failure of the employee to report within ninety (90) 26 days after termination of his/her service shall be cause for termination.
