Common use of Pedestals and Enclosures Clause in Contracts

Pedestals and Enclosures. Every effort should be made to install Pedestals, Vaults and/or Enclosures a minimum of four (4) feet from Poles or other District Facilities. In the event that the placement of Pedestals, Vaults and/or Enclosures a minimum of four (4) feet from Poles or other District Facilities is not practical, Licensee shall contact the District to obtain written approval of the proposed placement. Every effort should be made to install or relocate the District Facilities a minimum of four (4) feet from Licensee’s existing Pedestals, vaults and/or enclosures.
