Common use of Pedestrian Access Clause in Contracts

Pedestrian Access. An easement for pedestrian access, ingress, and egress by the Beneficiaries on, over, and across the Public Land for the purpose of providing pedestrian access to and from the Surface Parking Parcel from and to the Public Land.

Pedestrian Access. An easement for pedestrian access, ingress, and egress by the Beneficiaries on, over, and across the Public Land Parking Lot for the purpose of providing pedestrian access to and from the Surface Parking Parcel from Lot, the Parking Spaces and the public streets and sidewalks adjacent to the Public LandSite.

Pedestrian Access. An easement for pedestrian access, ingress, and egress by the Beneficiaries on, over, and across the Public Land Parking Site and the Pedestrian Site for the purpose of providing pedestrian access to and from the Surface Parking Parcel from Spaces, the Trail Head and the public streets and sidewalks adjacent to the Public LandParking Site and the Pedestrian Site.
