Common use of Peer Review/Quality Assurance Clause in Contracts

Peer Review/Quality Assurance. PC shall adopt a peer review/quality assessment program to monitor and evaluate the quality and cost-effectiveness of Dental Services provided by dental personnel of PC. Upon request of PC, Business Manager shall provide administrative assistance to PC in performing its peer review/quality assurance activities, but only if such assistance can be provided consistent with maintaining the confidentiality and nondiscoverability of the processes and actions of the Peer Review/Quality Assurance process of PC and not be regarded as practicing dentistry under the Act.
