Pembersihan Data. Proses pembersihan data berguna untuk mendapatkan data yang bersih karena kualitas sebuah dataset sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas model. Dengan menghilangkan data yang tidak bisa dilengkapi atau kosong, membuang data yang ganda, membuang data yang ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ juga ada beberapa insiden yang dibuka untuk kebutuhan testing dari sistem ketika ada perubahan sistem. Dengan menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes akan dilakukan percobaan sebanyak tiga kali dengan menggunakan pembagian dataset latihan ▇▇▇ tes yang telah ditentukan. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan algoritma Logistic Regression sebanyak tiga kali, lalu algoritma Support Vector Machine juga dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali percobaan.
