Dengan menghilangkan data yang tidak bisa dilengkapi atau kosong, membuang data yang ganda, membuang data yang xxxxx, xxx juga ada beberapa insiden yang dibuka untuk kebutuhan testing dari sistem ketika ada perubahan sistem. Dengan menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes akan dilakukan percobaan sebanyak tiga kali dengan menggunakan pembagian dataset latihan xxx tes yang telah ditentukan. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan algoritma Logistic Regression sebanyak tiga kali, lalu algoritma Support Vector Machine juga dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali percobaan.
