Penalty for Failure to Provide Requested Records. The Contractor shall provide all records and retrievals requested, within seven (7) Days. If such records are not received within fourteen (14) Days, the Contractor shall pay the Airports Authority as liquidated damages the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) per Day for each item requested but not provided. The Contractor shall owe liquidated damages beginning on the fifteenth (15th) Day following the date the request was made.
