Customer Service Measures. The Contractor shall adopt written procedures, and make them available to the taxicab operators in its fleet, to suspend or terminate an operator's right to operate on the Airport: 1) for failure to obey the orders of the dispatcher, crossing guard, Authority designee, 2) for failure to comply with this Contract and the standards and procedures set forth herein, 3) for failure to maintain the minimum customer service rating score of three (3) on a scale of 1 to 5 based on customer feedback received from the backseat customer interface, telephone, email, internet, or other or 4) for violation of the motor vehicle laws and regulations of any jurisdiction, including the Authority's.
