PENSION AND DISABILITY FUND. 30.01 The Division will maintain a pension plan for all eligible employees as defined in By-law No. 1017 or any amendment thereto, a by-law relating to a pension fund for employees other than teachers. 30.02 The Division will maintain a disability plan for all eligible employees as defined in By-law No. 1018 or any amendment thereto, a by-law relating to the disability fund for employees other than teachers.
