Common use of PENSION DEED OF TRUST Clause in Contracts

PENSION DEED OF TRUST. It is mutually agreed between the Union and the Employer that all terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust between the Union and the Non-Aligned Plan in regards to Health, Welfare and Pension, shall be binding on the signing parties. This shall at no time determine the hourly rates as defined within the Collective Agreement, Article 23.
