PENSION PLAN AND OTHER BENEFITS. 31.01 The Company will provide a Pension Plan and Other Benefits as fully described in the Pension/Benefits Appendix to this Agreement. 31.02 The Company agrees that, during the life of the current Agreement, there will be no reduction in the benefits provided by certain Company-wide programs.

PENSION PLAN AND OTHER BENEFITS. 31.01 32.1 The Company will provide a Pension Plan pension plan and Other Benefits other benefits as fully described in the Pension/Benefits Appendix "C" to this Agreement. 31.02 32.2 The Company agrees that, that during the life of the current Agreement, Agreement there will be no reduction in the benefits provided by certain Companycompany-wide programsprograms as referred to in Appendix "C" of this agreement with the exception of rates for LTD, employee, spousal, and child Optional Life, and Optional AD&D as these rates are renewed annually and are subject to change by the carrier.
