The Per Diem Availability clause defines the terms under which daily allowances are provided to individuals, typically for expenses incurred while performing work-related duties away from their usual location. This clause specifies the amount of per diem, the conditions for eligibility, and any limitations or exclusions, such as whether lodging, meals, or incidental expenses are covered.
