Per Diems. A flat rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be paid for each day worked. Ground persons and VC Tech I and II will be eligible for twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day. An employee must work four (4) hours, or until noon whichever is later, or more to be entitled to subsistence for the day. The Company shall pay for reasonable lodging for all classifications when working more than 100 miles from their yard with no more than two people per room and one person per bed. On an emergency, declared by the Customer, the Employer shall provide meals and lodging to employees after sixteen (16) hours worked.
Per Diems b. Housing

Per Diems. When Employees are working outside the provincial Home Zones, the Company shall pay each Employee per diem. The per diem shall be for each 24-hour period and shall be paid prior to each week worked outside of the Zone, in accordance with section 19.6.
Per Diems. The Company will provide meals or appropriate per diems when the Employee is entitled to that meal in accordance with section 19.5.
Per Diems. Employees on “out-of-town” assignments which require overnight accommodation, shall receive a per diem allowance of fifty-seven dollars ($57.00) to cover the cost of meals and miscellaneous expenses for each completed twenty-four (24) hour period, or three dollars ($3.00) per hour to a maximum of fifty-seven dollars ($57.00) when absences involve fractions of a day. Where exceptional conditions require higher per diems than those contained herein, the Company will provide an additional amount based on conditions at the location concerned.
Per Diems. 3. Permanent employees who are qualified will be assigned to float after assigning float to a Per Diem employee or traveler who are qualified.
Per Diems. While on tour, pilots shall receive, travel, lodging and per diems when travelling to, from and while working at the Moosonee base.
Per Diems. 43.01 Employee will receive the per diem amounts below while working at a base other than their assigned base. PER DIEMS Breakfast 12.00 Lunch 15.00 Dinner 35.00 International exchange rates will be recognized and adjusted based on the quarterly rate established on the first day of each quarter Jan 1st; Apr 1st; Jul 1st and Sept 1st, and paid in Canadian Dollars. The employee will never receive less than per diem amounts above. When an employee overnights he will also receive a $10.00 allowance to cover such incidentals as laundry or telephone. All accommodation, vehicles, flight etc. will be booked and paid for in accordance with the Company’s Travel & Expense Policy. NOTE 1: Expense accounts must be sent for processing normally within thirty (30) days.
