Common use of Per Diem Clause in Contracts

Per Diem. An employee who must be available for five (5) shifts per four-week schedule and must be scheduled to work a minimum of three (3) shifts per four-week schedule, subject to management discretion. Per Diems must be available for two (2) Weekend shifts and two (2) Night Shifts, as applicable. Every Per Diem is required to work at least one holiday as outlined in Article 21, Work Schedules.
