Per pupil allocation. The per pupil Full Time Equivalent (FTE) rate for Charter School shall be equal to the amount the state determines annually for charter schools operated by the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC), the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee (UWM) and the City of Milwaukee.
