Annual Percentage Rate Each Receivable has an APR of not more than 25.00%.
Tenant’s Percentage The ratio of the Rentable Floor Area of the Premises to the total rentable area of the Building (130,706 rentable square feet), which shall initially be deemed to be 34.10%. ______________________________

Ratio So long as a full-time position exists there will be no splitting of that position into two or more part-time positions without the agreement of the Union, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld.
Tenant’s Percentage Share The term "Tenant's Percentage Share" shall mean 46.67% and shall be used to calculate increases in Property Taxes and Operating Expenses (as such terms are hereinafter defined) payable by Tenant. Landlord may reasonably redetermine Tenant's Percentage Share from time to time to reflect reconfigurations, additions or modifications to the Building.
Constant Net Asset Value If the Trust or any Series or Class holds itself out as a money market or stable value fund, the Trustees shall have the power to reduce the number of outstanding Shares of the Trust or such Series or Class by reducing the number of Shares in the account of each Shareholder on a pro rata basis, or to take such other measures as are not prohibited by the 1940 Act, so as to maintain the net asset value per share of the Trust or such Series or Class at a constant dollar amount.
