Performance Based Pay. 1. In compliance with Florida Statutes, the parties have agreed to implement a performance based pay program for instructional personnel. This program shall allow instructional personnel who demonstrate outstanding performance as defined by statute to earn a monetary supplement in addition to their individual, negotiated salary.
