Performance Concerns. 9.1 On identification of concerns about a staff member’s performance, the supervisor and staff member will meet to: (i) specify and discuss those concerns, taking into account relevant factors; (ii) attempt to resolve the matters of concern through measures such as guidance, counselling, development and work allocation; and (iii) discuss and set the timeframe within which concerns are to be addressed.
