Common use of Performance Cycles Clause in Contracts

Performance Cycles. The “Performance Cycles” applicable to the Awarded RSUs shall be based on the following: • For the Subject RSUs under the First Tranche, the one-year period beginning on January 1, 20[•], and ending on December 31, 20[•] (the “First One-Year Performance Cycle”); • For the Subject RSUs under the Second Tranche, the one-year period beginning on January 1, 20[•], and ending on December 31, 20[•] (the “Second One-Year Performance Cycle”); and • For the Subject RSUs under the Third Tranche, the one-year period beginning on January 1, 20[•], and ending on December 31, 20[•] (the “Third One-Year Performance Cycle”).
