Performance Evaluation Meetings. The COUNTY'S Contract Manager may meet weekly with the CONTRACTOR'S Project Director during the first three (3) months of the contract if COUNTY Contract Manager finds it necessary. However, a meeting will be held whenever a Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR) is issued. A mutual effort will be made to resolve all problems identified.
