Performance Guarantees for the Pre-Processing Equipment. Subject to QW being available for the Acceptance Test, the Pre-Processing Equipment shall meet the following Performance Guarantees during the Performance Testing Period. Performance Guarantees will be measured as an average of all QTEs performed during the Performance Testing Period.
