PERFORMANCE INTERVIEW Sample Clauses

A Performance Interview clause establishes a formal process for reviewing and discussing an individual's or entity's performance under a contract or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines when and how such interviews will take place, who will participate, and what aspects of performance will be evaluated, such as meeting deadlines, quality standards, or other key deliverables. By providing a structured opportunity for feedback and assessment, the clause helps ensure ongoing communication, addresses performance issues early, and supports continuous improvement throughout the contractual relationship.
