PERFORMANCE INTERVIEW. A. When an evaluation is completed, the employee's performance rating will be reviewed and discussed by the supervisor with the employee during a conference called a Performance Interview. The form will be completed at the meeting with the employee. The employee shall sign a copy of the evaluation as evidence that such a performance interview was conducted and shall receive a copy of the evaluation at the conclusion of the meeting. After it has been reviewed by the Superintendent a copy of this rating shall be placed in the employees personnel file.
