Performance Management Regime Overview. 2.1 The performance management regime (“Performance Management Regime”) consists of the PIs, the start and end points for assessment of PIs (where appropriate), the level of service required and the Service Failure Points to be accrued if the required levels of service performance are not met as set out in this Schedule. Table 1 in Annex A to this Schedule (“Table 1”) sets out the performance management regime parameters for each of the Performance Indicators.
