PERFORMANCE OF DUTY. Employees shall perform their assigned duties to the best of their ability. The Union and Employer agree that there shall be no strikes, lockouts, slowdown, stoppage of work, or any interference with efficient operation of the Department during the term of this agreement.

The Union and Employer agree that there shall be no strikes, lockouts, slowdown, stoppage of work, or any interference with efficient operation of the Department ability during the term of this agreementAgreement. The Union will not cause or condone any strike, slow-down or other interference of the normal operations. Knowledgeable and willful violation of this article by any employee shall result in immediate dismissal.
