Common use of PERFORMANCE PROGRESS REPORTS Clause in Contracts

PERFORMANCE PROGRESS REPORTS. The Recipient will submit, at a minimum, quarterly performance progress reports and a final performance progress report at the completion of the award (within 90 days after) to the agency point of contact listed in the award document. Recipient must submit all performance progress report forms required by FMCSA. These reports will cover the period: January 1-March 31, April 1-June 30, July 1-September 30, and October 1-December 31. The Recipient shall furnish one (1) copy of a quarterly performance progress report to the Grant Manager, on or before the thirtieth (30th) calendar day of the month following the end of the quarter being reported. Each quarterly report shall set forth concise statements concerning activities relevant to the Project, and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
