Common use of Performance Recordings Clause in Contracts

Performance Recordings. Neither Licensee nor any third party is authorized to make audio or visual recordings of the Event or broadcast the event without University’s advance written consent, which may be granted or withheld at University’s sole discretion. University will take reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized recording and broadcasting of the Event, but will have no liability for such recording or broadcasting.
