Performance Security Bond. 1. To guarantee the faithful performance of all the terms and conditions of the contract, the CONTRACTOR is required to post a performance security / bond which shall be in the form acceptable to NFA: Form of Performance Security / Bond
Performance Security Bond. The BIDDER shall submit a Performance Security Bond equivalent to 5% of the CONTRACT value within 15 days of Letter of Intent / signing the CONTRACT The Performance Bond shall be valid for a period of 60 days beyond the date of completion of all contractual obligations including Warranty Period and be suitably extended as requested by PRINCIPAL as per the CONTRACT. A clause would also be incorporated in the Article pertaining to Performance Bond in the CONTRACT that the provisions of Sanctions for violation shall be applicable for forfeiture of Performance Bond in case of a decision by the PRINCIPAL to the forfeit the same without assigning any reason for imposing sanction for violation of this Pact. No interest shall be payable by the PRINCIPAL to the BIDDER on Performance Bond for the period of its currency.
Performance Security Bond. The Contractor shall furnish performance security in the amount of $500,000 in one of the following forms:

  • Performance Security If our Tender is accepted, we commit to obtain a performance security in accordance with the Tendering document;

  • Performance/Bid Bond and Letter Of Credit There are no bonds required for the Contract resulting from this Solicitation.   • Bid and Performance Security The Contractor hereby and herewith deposits with and delivers to the Minister, as security of the due fulfilment of the Contract, one of the following, which shall remain in effect for a minimum of 30 days after tender closing:

  • Contract Award Award shall be made on a lump sum basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The lowest bid will be the bid whose price, after incorporating all accepted alternates, is the lowest responsive bid that was received from a responsible bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty-five days after time has been called on the date of opening except in accordance with the provisions of law.
