Performance Standards for Adjustments to Rates. To be eligible for a CPI adjustment under Article 4.06 or an extraordinary adjustment under Article 4.10, Contractor must cure any material default under Article 23 of this Agreement for which City has provided notice to Contractor.

Performance Standards for Adjustments to Rates. In order to be eligible for a CPI-U adjustment, or a special, interim rate adjustment as provided in Section 8.3, Contractor must not be in default of the Agreement at the time Contractor requests said rate adjustment(s), provided that the foregoing shall not apply if Contractor has commenced action(s) to cure an event of default, as provided under Section 10.1.

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.

  • Performance Schedule The Parties will perform their respective responsibilities in accordance with the Performance Schedule. By executing this Agreement, Customer authorizes Motorola to proceed with contract performance.

  • Performance Standard The Department’s Grant Manager will review the documentation to verify that the deliverables have been completed as described above.   • Performance Evaluations The Contractor is subject to an annual performance evaluation to be conducted by NYCDOT pursuant to the PPB Rules.

  • Annual Performance Evaluation On either a fiscal year or calendar year basis, (consistently applied from year to year), the Bank shall conduct an annual evaluation of Executive’s performance. The annual performance evaluation proceedings shall be included in the minutes of the Board meeting that next follows such annual performance review.

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Performance Reporting The State of California is required to submit the following financial reports to FEMA:

  • Performance Evaluation The Department may conduct a performance evaluation of Contractor’s Services, including Contractor’s Subcontractors. Results of any evaluation may be made available to Contractor upon request.
