Performance test procedure. Prior to the first PERFORMANCES TEST PERIOD, LICENSOR shall establish and LICENSEE shall approve, the procedure for the PERFORMANCES TEST PERIOD, including: - the program of testing, sampling, and analysis, - the analytical methods that shall actually be used and the accuracy of such methods, - the data logging, - any specific calibration of measures or correction factors that may be used.

  • Performance Tests Contractor shall perform Performance Tests in accordance with Section 11.2 of the Agreement and Attachment S.
