Performance Tests after Synchronization of the Facility (Commercial Operation Test. (a) After satisfactory synchronization of the Facility with the Grid System, the Commercial Operation Test of the Facility will be conducted by the Company. Once the Company is satisfied that the Facility is capable of continued reliable operation, the Company will notify BPDB and carry out the Dependable Capacity Tests described in 3.3(b) below.
