SCADA. Provisions for a SCADA port that enables connection with a SCADA system and a second simultaneous connection with PC or modem.
SCADA. The Contractor shall design a master SCADA system that will be responsible for the control and real-time monitoring of all on-Site devices and shall procure, supply and install all necessary related telecommunications Equipment. During the design and implantation of the Solar Facility, the Contractor will work closely with a third-party contractor who is responsible for implementing the Owner’s SCADA and telecommunications upgrade project including without limitation integrating the master SCADA system into the new upgraded SCADA infrastructure completed by the third-party contractor. Prosecution of the Work The Contractor shall procure and furnish all Equipment and shall design, engineer, construct, erect, install, start-up and Commission, according to the requirements and specifications set forth in the Schedules and Appendices, and shall connect the Solar Facility with the Point of Interconnection. The Contractor shall prosecute the Work to Final Completion continuously and diligently in accordance with the Project Schedule and shall perform all inspections, expediting, quality assurance and quality control, and other like services required for the full performance of the Work. Products and Materials Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, all material, products and Equipment for the Project will be new. The Contractor shall properly pack and ship all Equipment and materials to the Site. Spare Parts The Contractor shall evaluate and provide the required spare parts for the first two (2) years of operation of the Solar Facility and recommend a spare part list for the remainder of the Projected Life of the Solar Facility, including part numbers, potential suppliers and storage requirements. The Contractor shall determine configurable spare parts and include the configurations and settings in the handover package. The Contractor shall provide any special tools required to operate the Solar Facility or required to install spare parts. The Contractor will work with the Equipment Suppliers and manufacturers to determine the recommended spare parts. Related Costs The Contractor shall be responsible for, and shall pay for all costs of all of the Work including furnishing all labour, materials, consumables, tools, Equipment, supervision and all other matters incidental and necessary to perform the Work, excepting only the cost of reasonable utilities required in respect of completion of the Work.
SCADA. As required under the ISO Tariff, Seller shall install and maintain all equipment and data circuits necessary to determine and transmit real time supervisory control and data acquisition (“SCADA”) system data and real time data from the Meter to the ISO. Seller shall provide to Buyer a copy of each certificate of compliance, or denial of such certificate, issued by ISO, if any.
SCADA. A.3.5.1 OMI shall provide a team of on-site SCADA personnel to operate and maintain the CITY’s Utilities SCADA System.
A.3.5.2 OMI shall deploy, test and make fully functional new SCADA devices and communication equipment for the water and wastewater installations. SCADA and communication system configuration and programming might be developed and supplied by various Contractors and Engineering firms (per the specific project and Contract) however it is OMI’s responsibility to validate that all additional SCADA and communication devices shall be programmed in the same protocol of the CITY’s existing SCADA System. OMI shall be responsible for the integration of any new equipment or any upgrades. If there is additional programming required, CITY may use the services of OMI or their subcontractors.
A.3.5.3 OMI shall provide personnel with experience and knowledge to provide in-project programming verification SCADA troubleshooting to make needed repairs to the SCADA system, hardware, and software.
A.3.5.4 OMI shall develop and maintain a crew for emergency operations and repairs of all aspects of the SCADA System twenty-four hours/seven days a week as needed.
A.3.5.5 OMI shall provide ample training opportunities for SCADA personnel to maintain knowledge and certification as well as improve their knowledge and certification.
A.3.5.6 OMI shall prepare, from an operational point of view, a plan detailing requirements for CITY approval and financing to enable remote servicing, automation, and remote control of the Water Utilities System. Such Plan shall address achievement of unattended (automated) facility operations with operational / equipment adjustments made by the software set points for control actions. The Plan shall also address the staffing implications of such automation and, should the plan be implemented, the annual Service Fee shall be adjusted for staffing impacts as the SCADA upgrades and capabilities are implemented and become operational.
A.3.5.7 OMI shall implement a CITY-provided telemetry system capable of monitoring lift stations and wastewater plants while providing for automatic operations, alarms and remote control. Provide input to the CITY regarding the design requirements and compatibility with a standard CITY system. OMI shall provide qualified personnel to program new facilities and equipment into the CITY’s SCADA system.

SCADA. The Outlet Facilities will include a system for transmitting to GGT's SCADA those parameters monitored by the instruments, and receiving from GGT's SCADA signals to adjust those settings which are under the control of GGT. GGT may require that other parameters and control facilities be available through the SCADA link that are reasonably necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the Pipeline.
SCADA. Carrier shall install SCADA systems at all Additional Receipt Points. Subject to Force Majeure, should Carrier fail to complete the installation of the Subsequent Facilities by the later of (i) ninety (90) Days following the receipt of the Connection Notice or (ii) the required in-service date as stated in the Connection Notice, Carrier’s inability to accept receipt of Producer’s Crude Oil at such Subsequent Facility shall be deemed a Curtailment and handled in accordance with Section 2.3 of this Agreement.
SCADA. Flow and metering data gathered and sent via SCADA monitoring equipment will not be used to determine Raw Make quality and quantity for custody transfer calculations.
SCADA. As continuity, availability and reliability of the SCADA system are of high importance for the to (centrally) manage the energy grid (e.g. distribution of energy, power quality, and energy load balancing), the following security goals have been defined: SC_SG01 Ensure robustness and resilience of the SCADA system. SC_SG02 Ensure system integrity of the SCADA system.
