Lawful Performance Vendor shall abide by all Federal, State and Local Laws, Ordinances, Regulations, and Statutes as may be related to the performance of duties under this agreement. In addition, all applicable permits and licenses required shall be obtained by the vendor, at vendor’s sole expense.
Reviewing Contract Performance 1.1 The Contractor shall work with the Authority to establish and maintain an effective and beneficial working relationship to ensure the Contract is delivered to at least the minimum required standard as specified in the Schedule (The Services).
Performances All services provided by the Vendor pursuant to this Agreement shall be performed to the satisfaction of VDSS and the local department of social services, and in accordance with the applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. Vendor shall not receive payment for work found by VDSS and/or the local department of social services to be unsatisfactory, or performed in violation of federal, state or local laws, ordinances, rules or regulations.
Full Performance The Owner and the Contractor hereby agree to the full performance of the Contract Documents.
Other Religious Observances (a) Employees who are members of non-Christian religions are entitled to up to two days leave without pay per calendar year to observe spiritual or holy days. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Accommodations of Spiritual or Cultural Observances Where an employee observes a cultural/spiritual day other than those listed above, the employee shall submit their request in January of each year for the twelve (12) month period following March 1st, identifying the required date they need off.
Good Faith Performance Each Party shall act in good faith in its performance under this Agreement and, in each case in which a Party’s consent or agreement is required or requested hereunder, such Party shall not unreasonably withhold or delay such consent or agreement.
Contract Performance C19.1 The Contractor shall ensure that:
School Performance The School shall achieve an accountability designation of Good Standing or Honor on each of the three sections of the Performance Framework. In the event the School is a party to a third party management contract which includes a deficit protection clause, the School shall be exempt from some or all measures within the financial portion of the Performance Framework. In accordance with Charter School Law, the Authorizer shall renew any charter in which the public charter school met all of the terms of its performance certificate at the time of renewal.
Services Performance All services are performed using generally recognized commercial practices and standards. Customer agrees to provide prompt notice of any such service concerns and HP will re-perform any service that fails to meet this standard.
