Period of deduction and remittance. The Employer agrees, for the duration of this collective agreement, to deduct the union dues set by the Union, or an amount equal to the latter, from the pay cheque of every employee employed for fifteen (15) days and to remit it to the Union at its last known address in the first fifteen (15) days after the end of the accounting period. Union dues are also deducted from the employee’s vacation pay and sums paid for bursaries, reimbursement of sick-leave days and retroactive pay. At the Union’s request, union dues are deposited directly into the bank chosen by the Union. With this remittance, the Employer sends the Fédération interprofession- nelle de la santé du Québec-FIQ a detailed written statement including:
