Period of Employment Notice Period. Less than 1 year 1 week At least 1 and less than 3 years 2 weeks At least 3 and less than 5 years 4 weeks At least 5 and less than 10 years 6 weeks At least 10 years 8 weeks If notice is not provided as above, the Employer shall award pay in lieu of notice. Exceptions to these notice requirements are as set out in the Employment Standards Code and are hereby incorporated into this Collective Bargaining Agreement. Notice requirements by the employee shall be as per the Employment Standards Code.
