Common use of Period of Employment Clause in Contracts

Period of Employment. The period of the Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 4, terminate on October 1, 2005 (such period, as extended from time to time, herein referred to as the "Term"). Subject to Section 2(b), and if the Term has not been terminated pursuant to Section 4, on October 1, 2005 and on each October 1st thereafter (each such October 1st, an "Automatic Extension Date") the Term shall be extended for an additional period of one year.

Period of Employment. The period of the Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date date hereof and shall, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 4, terminate continue for a two year period ending on October 1November 11, 2005 2000 (such period, as extended from time to time, herein referred to as the "Term"). Subject to Section 2(b), and if the Term has not been terminated pursuant to Section 4, on October 1November 11, 2005 1999 and on each October 1st November 11 thereafter (each such October 1stNovember 11, an "Automatic Extension Date") the Term shall be extended for an additional period of one year.

Period of Employment. The period of the Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date date hereof and shall, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 4, terminate continue for a three year period ending on October 1August 12, 2005 2001 (such period, as extended from time to time, herein referred to as the "Term"). Subject to Section 2(b), and if the Term has not been terminated pursuant to Section 4, on October 1August 12, 2005 1999 and on each October 1st August 12 thereafter (each such October 1stAugust 12, an "Automatic Extension Date") the Term shall be extended for an additional period of one year.

Period of Employment. The period of the Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 4, terminate on October 1, 2005 the second anniversary of the Effective Date (such period, as extended from time to time, herein referred to as the "Term"). Subject to Section 2(b), and if the Term has not been terminated pursuant to Section 4, on October 1such second anniversary, 2005 and on each October 1st anniversary of such date thereafter (each such October 1stanniversary, an "Automatic Extension Date") ), the Term shall be extended for an additional period of one year.

Period of Employment. The period of the Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date date hereof and shall, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 4, terminate on October 1June 30, 2005 2003 (such period, as extended from time to time, herein referred to as the "Term"). Subject to Section 2(b), and if the Term has not been terminated pursuant to Section 4, on October 1June 20, 2005 2003 and on each October July 1st thereafter (each such October July 1st, an "Automatic Extension Date") the Term shall be extended for an additional period of one year.

Period of Employment. The period of the Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 4, terminate on October 1, 2005 one year thereafter ("First Anniversary Date") (such period, as extended from time to time, herein referred to as the "Term"). Subject to Section 2(b), and if the Term xxx xx xxx Xxxx has not been terminated pursuant to Section 4, on October 1, 2005 the First Anniversary Date and on each October 1st anniversary thereafter (each such October 1stanniversary, an "Automatic Extension Date") ), the Term shall be extended for an additional period of one year.

Period of Employment. The period of the Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date date hereof and shall, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 4, terminate continue for a five year period ending on October 1August 12, 2005 2003 (such period, as extended from time to time, herein referred to as the "Term"). Subject to Section 2(b), and if the Term has not been terminated pursuant to Section 4, on October 1August 12, 2005 2001 and on each October 1st August 12 thereafter (each such October 1stAugust 12, an "Automatic Extension Date") the Term shall be extended for an additional period of one year.

Period of Employment. The period term of the Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall will commence on as of the Effective Date and shall, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 4, terminate on October 1, 2005 (such period, as extended from time to time, herein referred to as the "Term"). Subject to Section 2(b)effective date hereof, and if the Term has not been terminated pursuant to Section 4, on October 1, 2005 and on each October 1st thereafter (each such October 1st, an "Automatic Extension Date") the Term shall be extended continue for an additional period initial term of one yearthrough June 30, 2004 and continue year to year thereafter, subject, however, to termination at any time as provided in this Agreement (the “Period of Employment”).

Subject to Section 2(b)effective date hereof, and if the Term has not been terminated pursuant to Section 4shall continue for an initial term of through August 31, on October 1, 2005 2004 and on each October 1st thereafter (each such October 1st, an "Automatic Extension Date") the Term shall automatically be extended for an additional period year to year thereafter, subject, however, to termination at any time as provided in this Agreement (the “Period of one yearEmployment”).

Subject to Section 2(b), and if the Term has not been terminated pursuant to Section 4, on October 113, 2005 2001 and on each October 1st 13 thereafter (each such October 1st, an "Automatic Extension Date") the Term shall be extended for an additional period of one year.

Period of Employment. The period of the Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 4, terminate on October 1, 2005 the second anniversary of the Effective Date (such period, as extended from time to time, herein referred to as the "“Term"”). Subject to Section 2(b), and if the Term has not been terminated pursuant to Section 4, on October 1, 2005 the second anniversary of the Effective Date and on each October 1st anniversary of the Effective Date thereafter (each such October 1stanniversary, an "“Automatic Extension Date"”) the Term shall be extended for an additional period of one year.
