Common use of Period of Employment Clause in Contracts

Period of Employment. The term “Period of Employment” shall mean the period which commences on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 6, ends on December 31, 2007; provided, however, that the Period of Employment shall automatically be extended by one year effective January 1, 2008 and each year thereafter until such date as either the Company or the Executive shall have terminated such automatic extension provision by giving written notice to the other at least three months prior to the end of the initial Period of Employment or any extension thereof.

Period of Employment. The term “Period of Employment” shall mean the period which commences commenced on the Effective Employment Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 6, ends on December 31October 18, 20072016; provided, however, however that the Period of Employment shall automatically be extended by one year effective January 1, 2008 on a day-by-day and each year thereafter until such date as shall always be thirty-six (36) months unless either the Company or the Executive shall have terminated such this automatic extension provision by giving written notice to the other at least three months prior to the end of the initial Period of Employment or any extension thereofother.

Period of Employment. The term “Period of Employment” shall mean the period which commences commenced on the Effective Employment Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 6, ends on December 31November 30, 20072010; provided, however, that beginning on December 1, 2010, the Period of Employment shall automatically be extended by one year effective January 1, 2008 on a day-by-day basis from and each year thereafter until after such date as shall always be twelve (12) months unless either the Company or the Executive shall have terminated such this automatic extension provision by giving written notice to the other at least three months prior to the end of the initial Period of Employment or any extension thereofother.

The term “Period of Employment” shall mean the period which commences on the Effective Employment Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 6, ends on December 31April 30, 20072005; provided, however, that the Period of Employment shall automatically be extended by one year on a day-by-day basis effective January on and after May 1, 2008 and each year thereafter 2003 (so that the remaining term shall always be two (2) years) until such date as either the Company or the Executive shall have terminated such this automatic extension provision by giving written notice to the other at least three months prior to the end of the initial Period of Employment or any extension thereofother.

The term “"Period of Employment” " shall mean the period which commences on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 6, ends on December 31, 20072005; provided, however, that the Period of Employment shall automatically be extended on a day by one year effective January 1, 2008 and each year thereafter day basis so that the remaining term of the Period of Employment shall always be three (3) years until such date as either the Company or the Executive shall have terminated such automatic extension provision by giving written notice to the other at least three months prior to the end of the initial Period of Employment or any extension thereofother.

Period of Employment. The term “Period of Employment” shall mean the period which commences on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 6, ends on December 31the earlier of (i) the employment termination date set forth in a notice from the Company to Executive, 2007; provided, however, such notice having been provided in connection with the Company’s public announcement that the Period of Employment shall automatically be extended by one year effective January 1it has hired a new Chief Executive Officer or (ii) April 30, 2008 and each year thereafter until such (the earlier date as either being the Company or the Executive shall have terminated such automatic extension provision by giving written notice to the other at least three months prior to the end of the initial Period of Employment or any extension thereof“Transition Date”).

The term “"Period of Employment” " shall mean the period which commences on the date hereof (the "Effective Date Date") and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 6, ends on December 31September 30, 20072002; provided, however, that the Period of Employment shall automatically be extended on a day by one year day basis effective January 1on and after September 30, 2008 and each year thereafter 2002 until such date as either the Company or the Executive shall have terminated such automatic extension provision by giving written notice to the other at least three months prior pursuant to the end of the initial Period of Employment or any extension thereofSection 6(e).
