Common use of PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 July 2016 and for non-parties on such a date as may be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 2018.

PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become shall be binding on the above parties on 1 July 2016 party and for non-parties on such a date party employers and employees from 6 April 2020 as may be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 2018April 2020.

PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 July 2016 2012 and for non-parties on such a date as may be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act from 24 September 2012 and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 20182014.

PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 July 2016 2014 and for non-parties on such a date 24 November 2014 as may be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 20182016.

PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 July 2016 2008 and for non-parties on such a date as may be determined fixed by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 20182010.

PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on party and non- party employers from 1 July 2016 and for non-parties on such a date May 2021 as may be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 2018April 2023.

PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 July 2016 5 April 2011 and for non-parties on such a date as may be determined fixed by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 20182012.

PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on party and non- party employers from 1 July 2016 and for non-parties on such a date May 2021 as may be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 2018April 2022.

PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 July 2016 and for non-parties on such a date 2018 as may be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 2018April 2020.

PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 July 2016 and for non-parties on such a date 2018 as may be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 20182019.

PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 July 2016 and for non-parties on such a date from 30 January 2017 as may be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 20182017.

PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 July 2016 2014 and for non-parties on such a date as may be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 20182016.

This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on party and non- party employers from 1 July 2016 and for non-parties on such a date May 2020 as may be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 2018April 2021.
