Common use of Period of Renewal Clause in Contracts

Period of Renewal. The Parties agree to initiate renewal discussions no later than 120 days prior to the end of the term. The Sponsor and Xxxxxxx agree to negotiate in good faith for a period not to exceed 30 days. If, upon completion of this 30 day period, the Parties are unable to agree on renewal, the Parties may terminate the relationship without prejudice.
